What is the Flare Benefits Allowance?
The Flare Benefits Allowance is a feature included in your existing employee benefits program through Flare. It gives eligible employees the opportunity to receive up to $1,300 in Flare store credit when they sign up for selected benefits - including health cover, electricity and gas, home loans, and novated leasing - through the Flare platform.
The Flare Benefits Allowance is fully funded by Flare and is automatically available to eligible employees. There’s no cost to your business and no setup or admin required from your team.
How it works
- The next time your employee accesses their benefits, they’ll be prompted to select preferred benefits and receive a personalised reimbursement estimate.
- To qualify, employees must sign up for an eligible benefit
- Once eligible, Flare will send their reward as Flare store credit in the form of a digital gift card
